New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc. and its subsidiaries operate several Blacktop paving crews throughout the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, and West Virginia. Placing materials produced predominantly by its own plants, this division is able to maintain a large volume as well as a highly efficient schedule.
The Blacktop Division supplies many types of paving including parking lots, race tracks, roadways, surface treatments, and residential driveways. This division also performs a large variety of contract work for various State Departments of Transportation and homeowners. All of the mix designs for the Blacktop Division are derived in-house by corporate personnel. Using our own aggregates in the Blacktop Plants allows us to produce the highest quality products while still remaining economically viable to the end user.
